Why not have Everything?
I don't agree with "Be careful what you wish for...." because I have been journaling daily for more than 5 years. In that time I have faced difficult challenges, fully celebrated achievement, made sure my plans were fully thought out and had all steps needed for success. I also found a place to accept failures leading me to accept the most authentic "ME" living fully in the present. How did I do it? One day at a time. you, your team and your organization will benefit from this age-old form of positive self-reflection. Call me to discuss a workshop.
Young Audiences of WNY
Board Member; President; Emeritus
In 6 years, I supported the growth of a talented executive director as she took this arts education organization from about $200K to $700K in revenue. I led the creation of a 3 year strategic plan, helped develop the current vision, staffing and fund raising plan. I also contributed to the strategic growth of a volunteer board that is diverse in skills and community ties. Today, Young Audiences is working with more local artists to bring more arts learning to better engage more youth and young adults. Young Audiences is becomming a top tier arts organzation in WNY.
The Art Experience
Lots of ideas while looking at art.
Did you ever get that feeling while listening to music or looking at art that you were in sync with everything? And that all things were possible. Then, the song ended or you shifted into work mode and -poof- the feeling and any ideas that surfaced vanished. I developed an experience that has been helping people capture that inspiration while experiencing art and turn it into useful ideas for more than 10 years.
